Inside Sales Representative - Canada

 

As a member of the team in Calgary: 

In this role, you will drive sales at the dealer level and provide coordinated team sales support activity with regional and territory field sales personnel.

 

Essential Functions of this Role:

  • Focused outbound email sales and tele-sales of Fox Products to an established dealer base
  • Provide Industry leading service to Authorized Fox Dealers
  • Work together with multiple outside sales representatives in the growth and overall management of assigned Territory
  • Provide dealers copies of invoices/order confirmations as needed
  • Achieve set monthly sales goals
  • Assess individual dealer needs and opportunities.  Suggest how Fox can meet these individual requirements
  • Attain an intricate level of Product Knowledge and a working knowledge of Fox Brand, History, Image and Mission.  Successfully communicate this message to your dealer base
  • Handle administrative duties, such as maintaining an outbound call schedule, managing booking orders, backorders, repeat and other administrative duties as required
  • Must be proactive and can work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to listen, evaluate, and help resolve issues such as dealer-shipping errors
  • Correspond with dealer on credit card and open account application requests
  • Familiarization with all dealer sales and promotional requests
  • Other duties as required

 

Minimum Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  • BILINGUAL (French/English) IS A DEFINITE ASSET

  • A minimum of 1-2 years inside sales, retail sales, or distribution level sales experience is required 

  • Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook with strong interpersonal skills required

  • Working knowledge of SAP operating system is a plus 

  • Experience within the MX, Bike and Action Sports Lifestyle Industry preferred

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Ability to listen to customer needs with patience, consideration, and react accordingly

  • A pleasant personality, professional phone manner and effective communication skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks is essential
